02 / WHAT WE MOVE

Less-than-truckload shipping.
Full attention to the details.

Less truckload.
More possibility.

You don’t need to fill a trailer to move your business forward. Tell us what you’re shipping, where it’s going, and what it takes to get it there.

Special requirements are reviewed before a shipment is accepted.

03 / THE ISPAS APPROACHA clear direction for every conversation.

The shipment
is freight.
The stakes
are personal.

01

Start with what matters.

Your freight, your customer, your deadline. Put the details that shape the shipment at the center of the conversation.

02

Make the details clear.

From the pickup location to delivery access, spell out the requirements before the freight moves.

03

Know the next step.

A shipment starts with a shared plan. Confirm the lane, scope, and timing before making a commitment.

04 / GET MOVINGA straightforward place to start.

From details
to direction.

Three steps to a useful freight conversation. No need to know every answer before you begin.

  1. 01

    Share your route.

Where is your freight starting, and where does it need to go?

  2. 02

    Define the shipment.

Add your freight details, timing, and any special requirements.

  3. 03

    Confirm the plan.

Review availability, pricing, and scope with the Ispas team before booking.

05 / SHIPPER RESOURCES

A little clarity.
A better start.

Questions before your next shipment.

What information should I have ready?

Start with pickup and delivery ZIP codes, the number of pallets or handling units, weight, dimensions, a description of the goods, and your preferred dates. Flag any access or handling requirements so they can be reviewed.

Can I discuss a recurring shipping lane?

Yes. Use the shipment planner and select recurring freight. Include your typical volume and schedule in the notes so the conversation can cover your ongoing needs.

How do I confirm service for my route?

Share the exact origin and destination with Ispas. Specific lane availability, transit time, service arrangements, and delivery requirements must be confirmed before booking.

What if my delivery has special requirements?

List any appointment times, limited-access locations, equipment needs, or special handling in your request. Those details need review and confirmation before the shipment is accepted.

Does the planner book a shipment?

No. It sends your quote request to the Ispas team. We’ll confirm pricing, availability, and shipment details with you before booking.
